"I was referred to Transformation Counseling Services because I wanted and needed to work with African American/Black counselors to help me process some of my thoughts after a car crash involving myself and my child. I highly recommend them to Black folk and folk of color but I see how their services are for any human who needs to process any aspect of their life to unclog or make clear issues that are rooted in trauma or traumatic experiences."

"I have been seeing Pia for 5 years and it has been the best decision I have made for my life. Starting therapy can be daunting (to say the least) and from day one Pia has made me feel seen, heard and supported. While I can’t see my life without her I also feel even more empowered and capable than when I started. The impact her practice has had on me has also translated to my family. As a child of immigrants I can see my parents changing as well which is one of the greatest outcomes so far. I highly recommend this practice and I can’t speak higher of Pia Johnson."
