Meet Jackquelin
Jackquelin believes therapy is an opportunity to embrace change and to see ourselves more fully. She uses an integrative approach to help empower clients to reach their fullest potential. Her style balances warmth and empathy created in a safe space with a bit of a sense of humor and creativity to help relax and engage clients.
Jackquelin graduated with an M.A. from New York University (NYU) in Mental Health Counseling & Wellness, and she is currently a doctoral candidate for a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH). Jackquelin holds several certifications that she believes are essential to assisting clients’ growth. She is certified as a Nutrition Health Coach, Gottman’s Couples Methods (levels 1-3), ADHD Advanced Strategies, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, PTSD, and trauma.
Jackquelin approaches treatment from a culturally sensitive lens and strives to develop a trusting bond
with each unique client, working collaboratively to hone their needs and goals. She aims to promote resilience, empowerment, and authenticity by cultivating an affirmative therapeutic relationship addressing clients’ presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, intimacy problems, lifespan transitions, sexual dysfunction, relationship conflicts, and gender/sexual identity exploration.

Clinical Evaluations and Documentation Services
All services begin with a confidential clinical evaluation to assess symptoms, level of functioning, and overall need. The purpose of this process is to determine whether documentation is clinically appropriate based on your specific circumstances.
If appropriate, documentation may include a professionally written letter or completion of required forms, aligned with the expectations of employers, schools, or other institutions. We take a thoughtful and ethical approach to this work, ensuring that all documentation reflects an accurate clinical assessment.
We do not provide on-demand or guaranteed documentation. Our focus is on maintaining the integrity of the evaluation process while supporting individuals in accessing appropriate resources. We make the process simple and supportive from the beginning.
Important Information
All services require a clinical evaluation
Documentation is not guaranteed and is based on clinical necessity
Services are private pay and separate from ongoing therapy
Documentation may not be accepted by third parties (employers, schools, courts, or housing providers)
Court-related services are non-forensic and do not include legal opinions or determinations
